Cerby is seeking an Automation Support Engineer to join our team and help monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance Cerby’s automation systems. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role focused on supporting day-to-day automation operations, ensuring uptime, and continuously improving our automated flows.
You’ll collaborate with engineering and support teams to troubleshoot issues, monitor alerts, review XPath or flow parameters, and contribute to testing and knowledge-base documentation.
