We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful, data-driven projects within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. Responsibilities

Design and implement analytical models that address business and technical objectives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards

Contribute to strategic discussions, offering input that helps shape the direction of data-focused initiatives

Review work produced by fellow team members, providing constructive feedback to uphold strong analytical practices

Investigate and resolve complex analytical challenges that arise throughout the project lifecycle

Support the growth of junior team members by sharing knowledge that strengthens their skills

Take part in planning discussions,



contributing to scope definition and providing accurate time estimates

Stay current with evolving trends in the field and apply valuable new approaches to daily work

Maintain clear documentation of key methodologies and findings to support long-term knowledge sharingWork closely with stakeholders to establish clear objectives and ensure completed work aligns with expectations

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience

Practical knowledge of AI concepts and tools, applied to enhance analytical solutions

Strong background in Data Science, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets

Proficiency in Python for building and implementing data-driven models and solutions

Experience with Java for developing and integrating data-related applications

Solid foundation in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science to support rigorous analytical work

Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher
