Participación en investigación de incidentes (5 Why básico)

Implementación y seguimiento de LOTO, Trabajos en Alturas, Trabajos en caliente, EPP

Inspecciones de seguridad en piso (checklists, auditorías internas)

Participación en brigadas (primeros auxilios, incendios)

Seguimiento y manejo basico de KPIs de seguriad (TCIR, FACIR, Registrables, Near Miss)

Apoyo en campañas de seguridad

Uso de herramientas básicas (Excel, reportes, checklists digitales)

Bilingue Ingles-español (interaccion con corporativo)

Education And Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Chemical Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Industrial Engineering. 3 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Managing programs, safety and environmental control of the company.

Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions

Defines, evaluate and analyze the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) suitable for each operation and / or machinery in the company .

Coordinate and development of Environmental, health and safety training .

Risk analysis to current and new processes and equipment .

Responsible for processing Legal permits and safety studies, meeting with Mexican regulations on safety and certifications (ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, safe company, etc.) as well as Corporate requirements. .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements

English spoken and written (85% Advanced), ability to make presentations.

ISO 1401 and OHSAS 18001 experience.

Environmental, Hygiene and Environmental legal requirements knowledge .

Regulations compliance .

Risk analysis experience .

People skills, team work, communication skills.
