Role: Salesforce Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead enterprise Salesforce implementations while remaining actively involved in hands‑on development, solution design, integrations, and deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client‑facing technical discussions, discovery sessions, workshops, and solution design reviews.

Drive end‑to‑end Salesforce implementation and technical delivery.

Develop and configure solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL, and SOSL.

Deliver solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and asynchronous processing.

Manage deployments and release processes using Copado, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.





Collaborate with clients, architects, QA teams, and globally distributed delivery teams.

Required Skills

10+ years of overall IT experience

7+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience

Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce platform configuration

Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and API development

Hands‑on experience with Copado, Git, and CI/CD

Proven technical leadership and client‑facing experienceStrong understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, performance optimization, and Agile/Scrum

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications

MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platform experience

Experience leading onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams
