EHS Manager

YOUR TASKS

Develop, implement, and maintain the company's EHS management system across all assigned locations.

Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, federal, and corporate EHS requirements.

Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement preventive and corrective actions.

Lead accident and near-miss event investigations.

Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.

Coordinate emergency response plans, drills, evacuation procedures, and business continuity activities related to safety.

Conduct routine inspections, risk assessments, internal audits, and compliance reviews.





Monitor corrective and preventive action plans and ensure timely closure.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Safety Management, environment or engineering related

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.

EHS Background

Excellent leadership and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and a methodical approach.

Excellent command of data analysis and performance metrics, using relevant safety management software.

Ability to implement EHS policies and procedures in a large-scale, complex environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
