Role: Salesforce Technical Lead Location: Mexico- LATAM Experience: 10+ years of overall IT experience Role Type: Hands-on Technical Leadership We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead enterprise Salesforce implementations while remaining actively involved in hands‑on development, solution design, integrations, and deployments. Key Responsibilities Lead client‑facing technical discussions, discovery sessions, workshops, and solution design reviews. Drive end‑to‑end Salesforce implementation and technical delivery. Develop and configure solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL, and SOSL. Deliver solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and asynchronous processing. Manage deployments and release processes using Copado, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.



Collaborate with clients, architects, QA teams, and globally distributed delivery teams.
