About the Role Are you an Electrical Engineer with a passion for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and helping customers navigate technical challenges? We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer – Lighting & Controls to provide technical assistance for LED lighting products, electrical systems, and Io T lighting controls. In this role, you'll collaborate with engineering, sales, customer service, and product teams to troubleshoot technical issues, support customers, and improve technical documentation. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for LED lighting products, electrical systems, and Io T lighting controls. Respond to customer inquiries regarding product functionality, compatibility, installation, and configuration. Review technical specifications, wiring diagrams, electrical layouts, and product documentation. Assist with Bills of Materials (BOMs), control layouts, and lighting control system commissioning. Support customers with application usage, device configuration, and system troubleshooting. Use AI tools to improve technical documentation, troubleshooting processes, and knowledge-base resources while ensuring technical accuracy. Manage support tickets, customer requests, and follow-ups while maintaining clear and professional communication. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and provide accurate customer solutions. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a closely related field. Strong understanding of electrical systems and general electrical troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams,



technical drawings, product specifications, and installation manuals. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience using AI tools such as Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms, with the ability to validate AI-generated information. Strong computer skills and familiarity with technical documentation, spreadsheets, and support systems. Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience in technical support, electrical troubleshooting, product support, or applications engineering. Familiarity with lighting controls, Io T devices, low-voltage systems, or building automation. Knowledge of sensors, controllers, gateways, dimming systems, or wireless control technologies. Experience with Bluebeam, Auto CAD, AGi32, Dialux, Revit, or similar technical tools. Experience preparing or reviewing BOMs, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Familiarity with support ticketing systems and knowledge-base management. Previous experience in lighting controls is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided! Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Patience and professionalism when handling challenging customer situations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing requests. Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently.
