Quality Machining ManagerIndustry: Automotive Metal MachiningWe are looking for an experienced Quality Machining Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control activities within an automotive metal machining operation.This role is responsible for ensuring product quality, customer satisfaction, process reliability, and compliance with automotive quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with Production.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all quality activities related to metal machining processes and manufacturing operations.Monitor key quality indicators, including customer PPM, scrap, rework, first-pass yield, and cost of poor quality.Oversee the implementation and effectiveness of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA.Coordinate internal, external, and customer audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.Partner with Production and Engineering to reduce process variation, scrap, rework,



and recurring quality issues.Support new product launches, process validation, engineering changes, and production transfers.Requirements:Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in Quality within the automotive manufacturing industry.Previous experience leading a Quality team in a manufacturing environment.Strong background in metal machining processes, preferably CNC machining, turning, milling, grinding, and precision machining.In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality management systems.Experience with core automotive quality tools: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, and Control Plans.Advanced English
