- Knowledge of EBS systems – MFG/Operations (Inventory, BOM, WIP, WMS, OM/P2P, Shipping and basic Finance)
- Senior resource – preferably with Development background
- Experience with facility start-ups
- Strong technical/functional skillset – must be able to problem solve/troubleshoot independently.
- Workflow and Concurrent Manager knowledge
- Interface troubleshooting experience
- Root cause analysis discipline
- Ability to independently diagnose and solve production incidents
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English
- Must be disciplined in workload management and cross-functional collaboration between the Business and Digital teams
