About the Role
Are you an Electrical Engineer with a passion for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and helping customers navigate technical challenges?
We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer – Lighting & Controls to provide technical assistance for LED lighting products, electrical systems, and IoT lighting controls.
In this role, you'll collaborate with engineering, sales, customer service, and product teams to troubleshoot technical issues, support customers, and improve technical documentation.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for LED lighting products, electrical systems, and IoT lighting controls.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product functionality, compatibility, installation, and configuration.
- Review technical specifications, wiring diagrams, electrical layouts, and product documentation.
- Assist with Bills of Materials (BOMs), control layouts,



and lighting control system commissioning.
- Support customers with application usage, device configuration, and system troubleshooting.
- Use AI tools to improve technical documentation, troubleshooting processes, and knowledge-base resources while ensuring technical accuracy.
- Manage support tickets, customer requests, and follow-ups while maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and provide accurate customer solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and general electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical drawings, product specifications, and installation manuals.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
