About the role
As our Senior Specialist, Time & Absence Management, you’ll own the operational health, quality and governance of high-volume Time and Absence services. You’ll manage complex escalations, strengthen controls and integrate business changes into reliable daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Built 3–5 years of experience in Time and Absence, human resources operations, payroll-connected services or a comparable environment.
- Led complex operational escalations through root-cause analysis, containment and corrective actions.
- Delivered projects involving operational impact assessments, change readiness and user acceptance testing.
- Translated service data into risk assessments, operational controls and improvement decisions.
- Applied Time and Absence process experience to understand and manage downstream payroll impacts.
- Coached Advisors and Senior Advisors through cross-training, documentation and backup planning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Used Workday Human Capital Management and ServiceNow in a shared-services or service-management environment, UKG knowledge and T&A; Platforms.
- Supported major implementations, transitions, regulatory changes or service-stabilisation activities.
- Used Power BI to identify service trends, risks or recurring defects.
- Presented operational recommendations to integral or regional management audiences.
