The Estée Lauder Companies seeks an experienced Expansion Lead to drive The Ordinary's LATAM rollout. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Commercial, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Marketing, VM, Education, and affiliates to deliver on expansion milestones and launches.
You will oversee onboarding, launch readiness, and brand activation in multiple markets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and integral priorities while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships in English
