What You'll Do
Act as a trusted advisor across Modern Work, Identity, and Security solutions.
Lead technical workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and customer enablement activities.
Assess Exchange platform health, performance, resiliency, security posture, and operational readiness.
Troubleshoot complex issues using telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis.
Create remediation plans aligned to business and technical priorities.
Support migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, adoption programs, and service lifecycle activities.

Experience collaborating with engineering, delivery, security, and business stakeholders.
