Ford Champs offers a 12–24 month program to build leadership and technical skills across manufacturing and logistics. You will work with leaders and engineers to gain exposure to new programs and real projects, strengthening your analytical and communication abilities while contributing to practical improvements.
As an MP&L; Champ, you will support the launch of a new project, validate workstation readiness, track actions, and assist in data collection for digitalization efforts.
