Key Responsibilities:
- Provide audit support for teams undergoing internal audits. Support the end-to-end process for teams being audited, e.g. translate audit requests, collect and review audit evidence, hold consultation with auditees,
and coordinate engagement logistics and artifact requests with auditors.
- Coordinate with and provide support to key stakeholders during development of plan of action and milestones to successfully remediate internal audit findings. Apply a fundamental understanding of risk to liaise with IT and other representatives of assigned business functions undergoing internal audits.
- Forge and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with auditors and business leadership to ensure a collaborative and transparent audit process built on proactive communication and mutual understanding.
- Be an active project team member or self-manage small projects, which may include facilitating team meetings; publishing meeting notes and action items; updating project documents and participating in system updates; and ensuring timely completion of assigned action items.
