MAHLE seeks a NA Time Management Process Owner to serve as regional process owner and subject matter expert for Time Management across the US, MX, and CA. You will oversee SAP-based time data governance, attendance evaluation, and payroll integration while driving continuous process improvement and ensuring compliance.
You will collaborate with Payroll, SSC, HR, and IT to standardize and scale Time Management processes across regions, mentor SSC teams, and own end-to-end time management tools
