About the role
As our Specialist, Benefits Management, you’ll own the operational health and continuity of Benefits services. You’ll coordinate Senior Advisors, resolve complex issues and strengthen relationships with Centres of Expertise, vendors and continuous‑improvement partners. You’ll also support Learning Administration activities within the Benefits structure.
Required Qualifications
- Built 3-4 years of experience in Benefits, Hire-to‑Retire operations, employee services or a comparable service‑delivery environment.
- Led complex Benefits escalations through root‑cause analysis, quality reviews and corrective actions.
- Directed operational Benefits discussions with Centres of Expertise, vendors and continuous‑improvement partners.
- Maintained a structured backlog of Benefits standardisation, process and automation improvements.
- Supported insurance, retirement and pension, health and wellbeing,



allowances or related Benefits processes.
- Delivered process impact assessments, change implementation or user acceptance testing for operational projects.

Preferred Qualifications
- Used Workday Human Capital Management and ServiceNow within a shared‑services or service‑management environment.
- Applied automation tools, Power BI or Power Automate to support service improvements.
- Supported Learning Administration activities or vendor‑managed services.
- Coordinated Benefits operations with Centres of Expertise, vendors and regional stakeholder groups.
