This position will assist in the development and implementation of benefits strategies, plans, and programs in addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations and communication of benefits programs such as health & life insurance, optional benefits, food coupons, saving funds, caja de ahorro, Autozoners APP, Wellness, EAP, etc, for all Mexico's business units. Responsible also for the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion estrategy implementation for Mexico

• Principal liaison from Stores, CAT, HR field and Distribution Center to manage and resolve issues related benefits to ensure compliance. Responsible for consolidating the cost, prepare and verify billing information, calculate and process payroll deductions, ensure all legal documentation required for all the benefits applicables in Mexico for Regional Offices, Distribution Center and CAT.
• Develops relationships with and monitors performance of benefit vendors,



record keepers and consultants.
• Responsible for monitoring national, state and local laws, regulations and guidelines governing employee benefits and formulates recommendations to ensure compliance.
• Working in close partnership with our HR team, AutoZoners to educate and create a strong culture and knolwedge about our Benefits
• Responsible for design and the acomplishment of the annual wellness program in the CAT, DCs, Stores, and Regional Offices
• Manage the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiative for all BU in Mexico
• A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
• Business Administrations
• Experience: Five to seven years.
• Benefits and Mexico laboral law knowledge, Program Management
