You will review medical records, FHIR data, and notes to verify accuracy and consistency, identifying gaps and ensuring conclusions are well-supported.
Applicants should hold an MD/DO with board certification in IM, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine, and have inpatient experience within the last two years.
