Safran in Mexico seeks a hands-on CNC Engineer to lead CNC programming, manufacturing methodologies and process improvement on the shop floor. You’ll drive efficiency, quality and adoption of advanced machining technologies across 4- and 5-axis operations.
Responsibilities include developing complex CNC programs, interpreting GD&T; drawings, analyzing CMM results and optimizing cycle times. You’ll train operators, troubleshoot issues and lead root-cause actions with a Lean, safety-focused mindset.
