SLS Playa Mujeres is seeking a dedicated F&B; Floor Supervisor to oversee daily service across restaurants and bars and ensure adherence to LQA and Ennismore standards. You will work hands-on on the floor, supporting department leaders, monitoring performance, and driving guest satisfaction.
You will collaborate with managers to meet service, guest satisfaction, and sales targets, while following up on audits and guest feedback to ensure continuous improvement and an outstanding guest experience.
