Blacksmith Agency is seeking a senior UI Systems Designer to own how client design systems are built. You will extract patterns from brands and reference sites into a working system of tokens, variables, modes, and core components that a build pipeline can execute without questions.
This role is senior, systems-first, not just pages or maintenance. You will stand up new systems quickly and accurately across multiple client brands, ensuring design integrity and scalable architecture.
