Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Support Consultant with 8 years of expertise to drive testing, troubleshooting, and daily operational support for key supply chain processes. Based in Mexicali, you will ensure smooth warehouse operations, lead critical testing cycles, and collaborate closely with business units on-site.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide senior-level operational support, troubleshooting, and root-cause resolution for SAP EWM processes across warehouse operations.
2. Support, execute, and validate testing activities across System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
3. Troubleshoot issues across core functional areas: Inbound Processing, Outbound Processing, Inventory Management, Picking, Packing, and Putaway.

Work directly with business users to resolve tickets, optimize workflows, and document resolution procedures.
5. Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure seamless warehouse integration flows.
Required Qualifications & Skills
1. 8 years of functional experience in SAP EWM support, implementation, and troubleshooting.
2. Deep functional knowledge of core warehouse operations (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Picking/Packing, Putaway).
3. Proven track record leading or participating in SIT and UAT testing cycles and supporting end-users during deployments.
4. English Proficiency: B2/B2 minimum (comfortable communicating with international teams and writing technical reports).
5. Strong problem-solving ability and comfortable working in an active operational manufacturing/warehouse setting.
6. Nice to have: Exposure to RF Framework, Labor Management, or Yard Management.
