Role: OCM Consultant / Senior Consultant

Location: Mexicali, Mexico (Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Language Requirement: Spanish Native/Fluent & English B2/B2 Level Minimum

Experience Level: 8 to 10 Years of Experience

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior OCM Consultant with 8 to 10 years of experience to lead on-site change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies for an active SAP / S/4HANA implementation. You will act as the key bridge between technology leadership and local plant operations, driving communication, alignment, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and execute on-site Change Management activities, including stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, and roadshows.

2. Drive stakeholder engagement with plant supervisors, key business leads, and operational teams to manage business readiness and drive adoption.

3. Draft, localize,



and deliver bilingual communication materials; translate OCM collateral accurately between English and Spanish.

4. Facilitate feedback loops and identify user concerns early to mitigate change risks across plant operations.

5. Work closely with project leadership and plant personnel to establish local champion networks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

1. 8 to 10 years of professional experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM).

2. Proven track record delivering OCM strategies for large-scale SAP or S/4HANA implementations.

3. Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, shop-floor dynamics, and industrial culture.

4. English Proficiency: B2/B2 minimum (strong oral and written translation and facilitation capabilities required).

5. Outstanding interpersonal, facilitation, and relationship-building skills in operational settings.
