The Accounts Payable Analyst I is responsible for supporting the accounts payable process by ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payment transactions, and account reconciliations. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Responsabilidades

Mains Responsibilities:

- Review, validate, and process vendor invoices accurately and on time.
- Perform three-way matching between purchase orders, receiving documents, and supplier invoices.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve invoice discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, or purchase orders.
- Assist with vendor account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve payment-related issues.
- Maintain accurate accounts payable records and supporting documentation.
- Support weekly payment processing and ensure compliance with established payment terms.
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on pending approvals.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements.




- Prepare accounts payable reports and analyze discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Receiving, and Finance teams to ensure accurate invoice processing.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and accounting principles.
- Understanding of three-way matching procedures.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems preferred.
- Knowledge of invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and payment procedures.

Language Requirements

- Intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbal, preferred.
