Summary
Alliance Virtual Offices is a digital marketplace that connects hundreds of thousands of business clients with 1,000+ professional workspace centers across North America. We give growing businesses a real address, a live receptionist, meeting space, and the tools to operate professionally, without a traditional office. Our client-facing and partner-facing support teams operate out of Monterrey and are central to how we retain clients, recover at-risk accounts, and grow revenue through service.
The AI Business Transformation Analyst is responsible for reinventing how work gets done across Alliance, one process at a time, and building the new version end to end. This role is a core part of Alliance Intelligence and belongs to no single department. The analyst works in two or three departments at once, moves as priorities change, and answers the question "what should the final outcome be?" before touching the current process.
Alliance runs on strong, well-defined processes, and a fast-moving AI initiative now supports them. We operate a company-wide MCP on Claude, a company-wide context engine is under construction, and we run our own internally hosted LLMs alongside other models.
The right person has 2 to 4 years of experience with CRMs, AI tools, SQL, Python, and digital transformation work. They watch people work, ask why until the hidden steps appear, and ship. They are fluent in English and Spanish.
Goals
- Remove manual hours from the processes this person rebuilds, with a measured before and after for each one.
- Raise Revenue by redesigning the processes that touch lead flow, recovery, billing, and upsell.
- Improve client and partner experience through faster, more consistent service processes.
- Make CRM and reporting data trustworthy,
with one definition for each key metric.
- Leave every rebuilt process with a team that can run it without the analyst.
Responsibilities
- The AI Business Transformation Analyst owns the redesign and delivery of business processes across departments, from a queue set by the hiring manager. Concretely:
- Works in two or three departments at the same time and shifts focus as the queue changes.
- Shadows team members and interviews process owners to map how work is really executed, step by step.
- Starts each engagement from the desired outcome and asks whether the process should exist in its current form.
- Builds the new process end to end leveraging AI (skills and/or agents).
- Plans rollout and adoption with the product managers and the Deployment Manager.
- Writes the SOP and delivers training for every process rebuilt.
- Sets up a monitoring check, such as a dashboard or alert, that shows when a process drifts back to the old way.
- Presents findings and recommendations to department heads under leadership mandate, and reports progress to Alliance Intelligence Hub members.
What Success Looks Like
- Within 90 days, one process rebuild is live with measured results.
- Within 90 days, a scored opportunity backlog ranked by impact and effort is reviewed with the hiring manager.
- Within 90 days, the analyst has an established working relationship with the process owners in every department.
- Within 12 months, documented hours saved appear in the results of every rebuilt process.
- Within 12 months, at least one rebuild shows a measurable lift in MRR or in a client or partner experience score.
- Every rebuilt process has an SOP, a trained team, and a monitoring check in place.
- CRM data issues found during process work are fixed at the source and stay fixed the following quarter.
