We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Engineer / Technical Architect who combines deep, hands-on development skills with architectural expertise — and who is genuinely ahead of the curve on Agentic AI. This is not a role for someone who simply uses AI as a basic chat assistant; we need an engineering powerhouse who has built and implemented AI-powered development workflows and automated systems.

In this role, you will design and own production services and infrastructure where AI agents handle heavy-lifting development, automated testing, and code generation tasks, while you maintain human-in-the-loop oversight, making design calls with clear authority.

Core Responsibilities

- Salesforce Architecture: Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure Salesforce structures for complex enterprise-level multi-cloud projects.
- Agentic AI Engineering: Build, configure, and optimize autonomous AI agents and AI-powered software workflows into daily development cycles, ensuring robust evaluation loops.
- Workflow Automation: Implement production-ready agentic workflows utilizing terminal-based tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to automate metadata validation, code compilation, and PR testing.
- Human-in-the-Loop Governance: Establish and enforce strict security controls, guardrails, and manual approval gates to review AI-generated code outputs and prevent prompt injection vulnerabilities.
- Migration Infrastructure: Lead and execute large-scale,



complex migrations between Salesforce organizations (multi-org and Org-to-Org mergers).
- Tooling Rollout: Evaluate, introduces, and formally roll out next-generation development tools, DevOps frameworks, and processes to cross-functional technical teams.
- Code Ownership: Conduct rigorous code reviews, optimize CPU limits, handle failed-record remediation, and defend the clean quality of every line shipped.

Must-Have Requirements

- Senior Engineering Tenure: 6 years of professional software engineering experience writing, debugging, and maintaining production code.
- Architect-Level Experience: 3 years of experience acting as an Architect-level Engineer, mapping business goals into technical execution and leading technical delivery teams.
- Deep Salesforce Expertise: Proven hands-on development mastery over the Core Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Apex classes, bulk-safe triggers, async processing, Flows, platform security, and SFDX tools).
- Proven Agentic Engineering: Demonstrated hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-based systems, multi-agent orchestrations, or custom AI integrations into live development or production pipelines. Not just basic AI chat usage.
- Migration & Rollout Track Record: Practical experience owning high-volume CRM data migrations, Org-to-Org unifications, and a proven history of scaling up team productivity by introducing new engineering tools.
- Communication & Setup: Crisp, structured, and direct communicator in English (written and verbal).
