Responsibilities

- Perform root cause analysis of quality issues, often using advanced problem-solving tools (Kepner-Tregoe, Shainin Red X, Design of Experiments, etc.)
- Recommend and implement cost-effective permanent corrective actions. The Engineer will analyze quality data from internal and external indicators, managing engineering changes while working with a cross-functional team to ensure timely execution
- Conduct product evaluation tests to ensure the robustness of product or process changes before full implementation and serve as the point of contact for engineering quality and all product-related incidents
- Ensure the delivery of third-party quality metrics, provide creative thinking for data analysis, and identify new opportunities.
- Plan, prioritize, set goals,



and manage multiple projects in a technical and business environment.
- Demonstrate commitment and dedication to delivering a premier product to the consumer, represent the Voice of the Customer to the platform teams, and contribute to team success by clarifying expectations and minimizing political hurdles.

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
- The Engineer should have experience in cross-functional management and possess a broad knowledge of the entire automotive engineering, manufacturing, and quality landscape. They should also demonstrate outstanding teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
- The Engineer must have a proven track record of developing and executing standardization and experience with cross-functional responsibilities in a lean organization
- Experience and working knowledge of computer systems and software are required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization

Sueldo: $18,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mes
