The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with established Accounts Payable procedures, internal controls, approval requirements, and company policies.
The position requires the ability to process invoices, analyze invoice exceptions, validate supplier and accounting information, perform follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure appropriate documentation and audit support.
The role operates within a Shared Service Center environment and requires strong organizational skills, customer service orientation, analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage high-volume transactional activities and priorities within established service levels.
