Marketing Associate Location: Otay, Tijuana, Baja California

About the Opportunity At Call Center Services International (CCSI), we are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team in Tijuana.

This position focuses on marketing communications, corporate branding, graphic design, and campaign execution.

We are looking for someone who can combine strong communication skills with hands-on creative experience to develop marketing materials, coordinate projects, and support internal and external communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute internal and external marketing communications.
- Create graphic materials, advertisements, flyers, brochures, presentations, and promotional assets.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Draft and edit marketing copy, email communications, and promotional content.
- Maintain brand consistency across communication channels and marketing materials.
- Support website content updates and digital communication initiatives.
- Coordinate projects with internal departments, stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Assist with corporate events and promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare marketing reports.
- Edit videos and multimedia materials for marketing and communication purposes.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows using digital and AI-powered tools.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design,



or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing communications, graphic design, and video editing.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of WordPress or website content management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience creating corporate communications, marketing collateral, and promotional materials.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate with different departments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with email marketing campaigns and marketing automation.
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing, content development, or creative workflows.
- Experience with marketing analytics, performance reporting, and campaign optimization.
- Previous experience supporting corporate communications or cross-functional marketing projects.
