The idóneo candidate has experience supporting client-facing teams, strong organizational and operational skills, hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central , and the ability to analyze marketplace performance data and support Account Managers with actionable insights.

The salary range is $1,200 USD to $1,700 USD per month , depending on the candidate's experience and seniority.

Candidates from Latin American countries may be considered. Candidates in a time zone outside of the western hemisphere will NOT be considered. The role is 100% Remote.

Responsibilities:

- Providing daily administrative and operational support to Account Managers
- Managing ClickUp, organizing tasks, clearing completed items, setting up workflows, and following up on deadlines and priorities
- Following up on project tasks and timelines to ensure consistent progress
- Keeping Account Managers updated on project statuses, priorities, and pending actions
- Supporting the management and monitoring of Amazon Seller Central accounts
- Reviewing account and marketplace performance metrics and identifying relevant trends, opportunities, or areas requiring attention
- Compiling weekly and monthly performance and project reports
- Preparing client-facing presentations, decks, reports, and supporting materials




- Organizing and scheduling meetings and managing Account Managers' calendars
- Taking detailed meeting notes and tracking follow-up actions
- Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and internal workflows
- Acting as a liaison between Account Managers and other departments to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of requests
- Supporting the organization of account documentation, client information, priorities, and project updates

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Account Management Support, Project Coordinator, Operations Assistant, Assistant Account Manager, or similar role
- Experience supporting client-facing teams or account management functions
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with Amazon Seller Central
- Hands-on experience managing ClickUp, including task tracking, workflow setup, project organization, and follow-up on deadlines and priorities
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Amazon PPC and advertising metrics. Direct experience managing PPC campaigns is not required; however, candidates must be comfortable understanding key PPC metrics, analyzing performance data, identifying relevant trends, and providing observations or recommendations based on the results
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret account performance data
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
