PositionSummary

Auditorsupports the Mexico Audit team with the completion of Audit Committee approvedfinancial and operational audits, including annual Sarbanes-Oxley compliancetesting. Typical projects include understanding business processes, compilinginformation and analyzing data to define system or process risks and presentingfindings to business partners in both a verbal and written format (English andSpanish). The position also collaborates with business partners to improveprocess efficiency and effectiveness and strengthen controls.

PositionResponsibilities

Perform research byconducting interviews with varying levels of Company management and analyzingavailable data to document and understand business processes, strategies andobjectives for every financial or operational audit, including annualSarbanes-Oxley compliance testing.

Build process flows /narratives by reading available documentation and by having meetings withdifferent stakeholders that will highlight key process risks and controls to beincluded in each project's scope.

Complete timely auditprogram test steps by developing control testing procedures that will supportthe Audit Manager in the conclusion on the adequacy of controls for everyfinancial or operational audit,



including annual Sarbanes-Oxley compliancetesting.

Complete the quarterlyopen action follow up process by discussing updates and/ or meeting withCompany management to ensure plans are reported to the Audit Committee everyquarter and timely completed.

Summarize results andfindings following the internal audit documentation methodology for the AuditManager to discuss with Company management and have sustainablebusiness-focused solutions to enhance operations and strengthen controls.

Position Requirements

- Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
- Area of Study: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration.
- Years of Experience: Minimum/no experience.
- Type of Experience: Internal or external audit, BIG 4 (Deloitte, KPMG, PWC, EY) preferred.
- Experience performing the following preferred:
- Internal audit project planning, designing audit programs and testing controls.
- SOX and testing of key financial controls.
- Collaborating with team members and Company management to recommend sustainable business-focused solutions to enhance operations and strengthen controls.
