About the Position
We're looking for bilingual professionals to join a new chat-only customer support team supporting a U.S.-based digital entertainment platform.
If you have strong written English, enjoy solving problems, and prefer chatting over taking calls, this opportunity could be a great fit!
This is a 100% chat-based position. No phone calls or sales required.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers through live chat with account inquiries, platform navigation, and general support.
- Troubleshoot basic issues and provide clear, accurate solutions.
- Manage multiple chat conversations while maintaining quality and response times.
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Deliver a positive customer experience through professional written communication.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced written English proficiency.
- Previous customer service experience (6 months or more preferred).
- Strong typing, grammar, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and digital platforms.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Previous live chat support experience is a plus
