Our team includes Electronics, Mechanical, and Mechatronics engineers trained and certified in LabVIEW, TestStand, and SolidWorks. We serve clients in the automotive, aerospace, semiconductor, lighting, and home appliance industries.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Assistant to join our team in the engineering and automation industry. This role will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including employee file management, attendance and incident tracking, training coordination, and general HR administrative tasks.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in Human Resources.
- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources processes.
- Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and a service-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Availability to work on-site.
- Experience working with technical or industrial profiles is a plus.
