We're looking for bilingual professionals to join our Legal Intake team, supporting a U.S.-based legal services program.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance. You'll help gather important information, determine whether callers meet initial eligibility criteria, and connect qualified individuals with the appropriate legal team.

This position is adecuado for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.

What You'll Do

- Handle customer inquiries and conduct initial eligibility screenings.
- Gather and accurately document client information.
- Ask structured questions to understand each caller's situation.
- Explain the next steps using approved guidelines.
- Transfer qualified callers to the appropriate legal team.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established confidentiality and compliance procedures.
- Meet individual quality and productivity expectations.





What We're Looking For
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service, intake, or a call center environment.
- Strong active listening and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems while documenting information.
- Attention to detail and good judgment when handling sensitive information.
- Professionalism, empathy, and the ability to follow established procedures.

Preferred, but not required:

- Previous legal intake experience.
- Experience handling warm transfers or eligibility screening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
