Operations Coordinator. This position belongs to the BPS (Business Process Solutions)

area of the company

Requirement

- + 2 years of experience in project coordination or queue management
- English Advanced
- Buganizer, Jira, or GUTS




- Ticket triage, tagging, resolution, and escalation within SLA
- Administrative tracking and milestone follow-up
- Strong organization

Responsibilities

- Monitor intake and learner-support queues
- Triage, tag, resolve, or escalate requests, bugs, and access-restriction inquiries within SLA
- Use templated responses and maintain support resources
- Track deliverables, milestones, approvals, and follow-ups
- Support meeting summaries, actions, and weekly status updates
- Work alongside automated triage agents and flag automation opportunities
