Role Description We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead Agile delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The idóneo candidate will have strong experience managing Agile projects, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing delivery blockers, managing risks and dependencies,



and communicating effectively with business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as Scrum Master and Project Manager for one or more Agile teams.
- Facilitate Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning.
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
- Track project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Identify and remove impediments that may impact team productivity or delivery.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies across Engineering, Product, QA, Business, Architecture, and other teams.
- Monitor sprint and project metrics, including velocity, burndown, capacity, and delivery progress.
- Ensure teams follow Agile/Scrum principles and continuously improve their delivery processes.
- Prepare and communicate project status reports, risks, issues, and key decisions to leadership.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
- Support release planning and ensure successful deployment of project deliverables.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Drive continuous improvement and promote a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Ensure project documentation, governance, and reporting are maintained appropriately.





Technical SkillsSkills Requirements: Required Qualifications

- 7 years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing complex technology projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, software delivery, and project governance.
- Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing Agile teams.
- Strong risk, issue, dependency, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe, PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
- Experience working in financial services, healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries.
- Experience with SAFe / Agile at Scale.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams or large enterprise programs.
- Strong understanding of data, cloud, API, or digital transformation projects.

Nice-to-have skills Qualifications

- 11-12 years of work experience in relevant field.
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred.
