- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree completed.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Experience in international cargo operations and electronic cargo manifest transmission.
- Experience with ACE and/or AMS systems and knowledge of CBP regulations.
- Experience coordinating with airlines, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and airport stations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (required).
Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve ACE/AMS and electronic manifest-related issues.
- Investigate transmission errors and coordinate corrective actions.
- Follow up on regulatory requirements for U.S.-bound and U.S.-related operations.
- Provide technical support and user training.
- Generate incident reports and drive continuous process improvement.
