As a Carrier Sales Representative on our Domestic team, you cover every load with a vetted, reliable carrier at the best possible cost.

Your day moves fast: matching freight to trucks, negotiating rates and managing dozens of loads at once, without missing a detail. You'll build your own network of direct and repeat carriers, onboard new carriers every month through our carrier approval process, and make sure every covered load has active GPS tracking. When something doesn't look right, you flag it to Risk & Compliance.

You'll need carrier sales, dispatch, or freight brokerage experience, strong negotiation skills, load board know-how, and a sharp eye for detail.
