Creative Architectural Designer – Remote | LATAM

We are looking for a talented Creative Architectural Designer to join our international team. This role is idóneo for an architect or concept-driven designer with a strong visual sensibility and the ability to transform client requirements into compelling, functional, and brand-aligned environments.

Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts for commercial retail, restaurant and other architectural projects.
- Create mood boards, material palettes, layouts, presentations, and design narratives.
- Produce compelling 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations.
- Complete plan Test Fits in AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Research materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and current design trends.
- Present and communicate design ideas clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with technical designers to ensure concepts can be developed and executed successfully.
- Support projects through concept design, schematic design, and design development.
- Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams across different countries and time zones.

Requirements

- Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field.




- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Advanced proficiency in SketchUp and rendering software such as Enscape, Lumion, or V-Ray.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit. Expertise in either or both programs is desirable.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, spatial design, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and brand-driven design.
- Experience working on US-based projects, knowledge of US codes and standards, and ability to work easily in the Imperial system is highly desirable.
- Relevant experience in Retail, Quick-Service Restaurants (QSR), or large-format retail (“Big Box”) projects is highly desirable.

Contract Details

- This is a remote, full-time position, with an independent consultant contract. Open to professionals located anywhere in Latin America.
