- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and sales efforts.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to upper management.
- Continuously seek out new methods and technologies to improve sales processes and results.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering,



Business or equivalent, a results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the die casting industries is preferred, with automotive/vehicle parts, 3C electronic products, die-casting customer resources will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the Mexican manufacturing market dynamics and sales landscape, with great analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, while working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.
