About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, creative, and results-driven E-Commerce Business Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and drive business growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate has experience working in a small business, creative business, or entrepreneurial environment, where they have had to wear multiple hats, solve problems independently, and think outside the box. Strong financial understanding is essential, particularly the ability to calculate the true cost of products and understand vigente profit margins.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, lead, and motivate the team, ensuring clear responsibilities, accountability, and strong performance.
- Delegate tasks, monitor progress, provide feedback, and support team development.
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations and improve workflows and processes.
- Calculate the true cost of products, including materials, shipping, fulfillment, advertising, platform fees, and other expenses.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flow, and profit margins to ensure business profitability.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and creative ways to increase revenue and improve efficiency.
- Monitor inventory, supplier costs, pricing, and operational performance.
- Develop and track KPIs, budgets, and business goals.
- Take initiative, solve problems,



and implement new ideas without waiting for direction.
- Collaborate with management and the team to identify opportunities for business growth.

Requirements

- Native / near native English
- Experience in e-commerce, business management, operations, or a small/creative business environment.
- Strong team management skills, including delegation, performance management, and accountability.
- Solid understanding of business finances, cost calculations, P&L;, and profitability.
- Ability to calculate the true cost and actual profit of a product, not just sales revenue.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, organized, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and business growth.
