Key Responsibilities
- Catalog & Store Operations: Manage product listings, optimize product details, and maintain accurate inventory and pricing on Mercado Libre.
- Fulfillment & Customer Care: Process customer orders efficiently and deliver prompt, friendly communication to resolve buyer inquiries.
- Store Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Track platform performance indicators, troubleshoot operational bugs, and work to continuously increase overall sales velocity.
What You Bring (Requirements)
