Job Summary
We are immediately hiring an experienced E-Commerce Specialist – Mercado Libre to oversee daily store management and marketplace performance. This full-time role is idóneo for an organized self-starter skilled in catalog management, inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and buyer support. Core Responsibilities
- Listing & Stock Management: Create and maintain product listings, adjust pricing, and track inventory levels on Mercado Libre.
- Order Processing & Support: Manage incoming buyer orders, resolve customer inquiries,
and protect seller ratings.
- Account Health & Growth: Track core store metrics, solve marketplace operational roadblocks, and collaborate on strategies to increase sales.
Requirements (Must-Haves)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent experience in e-commerce operations and marketplace management.
- Language: Advanced English verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong collaborative ability, receptive to feedback, and comfortable communicating project updates.
- Core Abilities: Practical knowledge of Mercado Libre, order processing systems, acute attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Location: Must currently reside in Latin America.
