Location: Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico A Mexican company specializing in iron casting and machining of metal components is looking for its next strategic leader to oversee Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) across its automotive manufacturing operations, fostering a culture of risk prevention, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in EHS within the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, industrial safety, and occupational health.
Experience with management systems, audits, and risk prevention.
Knowledge of Mexican regulatory requirements and standards, including those of SEMARNAT, STPS, SIMAS, and PROFEPA.
Experience in Facilities Management.
Advanced English proficiency.
