- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executive leadership, business leaders, IT management, security teams, and technology delivery teams to align architectural decisions with organizational priorities.
- Executive Communication: Translate complex architectural concepts into clear business language to support strategic decision-making and technology investment approvals.
- Architecture Repository Management: Maintain enterprise architecture models, standards, technology inventories, and governance documentation using Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) tools.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote standardization, simplification, interoperability, and agility across the enterprise technology ecosystem.
