At Call Center Services International (CCSI), we're looking for a Marketing Design Associate to join our teams in Mexico City and Tijuana. We're seeking someone who combines creative expertise, AI-powered tools, and strategic thinking to develop effective digital marketing campaigns and compelling visual communications.

Requirements

What You'll Be Doing

- Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline creative workflows, improve productivity, and enhance marketing execution.
- Design professional marketing materials, digital advertisements, and visual communications aligned with business objectives.
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing and email campaigns.
- Manage projects independently, make informed decisions, and collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines.
- Analyze campaign performance and apply insights to improve marketing results.

What We're Looking For





- C1 English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing design, graphic design, or marketing communications.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Practical experience using AI tools in creative or marketing workflows.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, and performance metrics.
- Strong strategic thinking, autonomy, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Availability to work 100% on-site in either Mexico City or Otay, Tijuana.

Benefits

What We Offer

- $5,500 – $7,000 MXN net weekly, depending on experience and qualifications.
