We're looking for a Fixed Assets Accountant who is passionate about accounting accuracy, financial integrity, and operational excellence.

In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining accurate fixed asset records, supporting month-end closing activities, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

What You’ll Do

- Maintain accurate fixed asset accounting records, including acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and retirements.
- Calculate and record depreciation expenses, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Perform account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve accounting differences.
- Prepare and post journal entries, including non-standard accounting adjustments.
- Support month-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Manage prepaid expense schedules, amortization entries, and related reconciliations.
- Support Concur-related accounting activities and financial reconciliations.
- Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.




- Preferably 1–3 years of experience in Fixed Asset Accounting, General Accounting, General Ledger (GL), Record-to-Report (R2R), or related accounting functions.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, depreciation, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting tools.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive mindset, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or Eclipse.
- Familiarity with Concur, BlackLine, or similar accounting and reconciliation tools.
- Previous exposure to accounting process improvements or financial audits.
