International company focused on the production of adaptable materials for various industries. The company operates a small manufacturing plant in Querétaro, Mexico, with a workforce of approximately 10-50 employees.

The General Manager will be responsible for leading all operations of the manufacturing plant in Querétaro. This role requires a strong operational and strategic mindset, a hands-on leadership approach, solid financial acumen, and the ability to drive operational excellence, business performance, and continuous improvement across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

- Experience in B2B manufacturing companies

- Strong hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial mindset.

- Experience in a growing SME environment.

- Experience within the Automotive industry is a plus.

- Business development skills are a plus.

- Advanced English required.
