WE’RE HIRING: Electrical Design Engineer II

Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico | ? Remote

Are you an experienced engineer passionate about electrical power systems and product design?

We are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer II to join a company specializing in electrical power distribution equipment and power solutions . This role is idóneo for an engineer with experience designing electromechanical products, developing manufacturing drawings, and supporting engineering projects from concept through production release.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop electromechanical products and assemblies based on customer specifications and technical requirements.
- Create and update 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs), fabrication drawings, assembly instructions, and engineering documentation.
- Support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and maintain accurate product data.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain,



and application engineering teams.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable engineering standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in product design, electrical power equipment, or electromechanical systems.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Understanding of electromechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with ERP systems and BOM management; Epicor is preferred.
- Knowledge of UL and NEC standards is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

? Work Arrangement

- Remote position.
- Candidates must currently reside in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
